Disclosures
The Orqestro platform provides institutional-grade analytical materials in the digital asset space. Use of the platform constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to the following terms.
Purpose of materials
All materials made available on the Orqestro platform — including analytics, reports, charts, metrics, and commentary — are provided solely for informational purposes. The materials do not constitute and should not be construed as:
- an offer or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or digital asset;
- personal investment or financial advice;
- legal, tax, or accounting guidance;
- a promise or guarantee of any specific financial outcome.
Not investment advice
Orqestro is not a registered financial advisor, investment company, broker, dealer, or asset management firm. The platform does not manage user capital, accept deposits, or execute trading operations on behalf of clients.
Any decisions to buy, sell, or hold assets made on the basis of platform materials remain the sole responsibility of the user. Before making investment decisions, users are strongly advised to consult with a qualified independent financial professional licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.
Data sources
Analytical materials may rely on Orqestro's proprietary calculations and data, as well as on information obtained from third-party sources — exchange APIs, on-chain data providers, market information aggregators, and public sources.
While Orqestro makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data, the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information are not guaranteed. The platform bears no responsibility for errors, delays, or failures in data obtained from third-party providers.
Calculations, projections, and historical performance
Any calculations, simulations, backtests, projections, and scenario models are based on certain assumptions regarding market conditions, asset behavior, and other variables. Changes to these assumptions may materially affect the results.
Historical performance — including backtest results and any retrospective metrics — is not indicative of future results and does not guarantee similar results going forward. Past performance often does not replicate in live market conditions due to multiple factors, including fees, slippage, liquidity, and changes in market structure.
Digital asset risks
Digital assets are characterized by high volatility and may experience significant price fluctuations over short periods. Investments in digital assets involve substantial risks, including but not limited to:
- risk of total or partial loss of invested capital;
- risk of technical failures, hacks, and cyber threats;
- market risk associated with low liquidity of certain assets and venues;
- regulatory risk related to changes in legislation in applicable jurisdictions;
- operational risk in interactions with exchanges, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.
Users should invest only funds whose loss they can withstand without material harm to their financial position.
User responsibility
Use of the Orqestro platform and the materials made available on it is undertaken at the user's own risk. The user is solely responsible for:
- evaluating the suitability of materials for their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation;
- making all investment and operational decisions;
- bearing the consequences of those decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orqestro and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits — arising from the use of or inability to use platform materials.
Jurisdictions and access
Orqestro provides materials globally, without geographic affiliation to a specific jurisdiction. The availability of certain platform features and the right to use materials may be restricted by the laws of the user's country of residence or tax residency.
The user is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including securities, tax, currency control, and digital asset legislation. If use of the platform is prohibited or restricted in the user's jurisdiction, full responsibility for such use rests with the user.
Confidentiality and individual terms
Specific trading strategies, actual results, assets under management, client identities, and individual terms of cooperation are confidential information and are discussed exclusively on an individual basis under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Publicly available materials on the site do not disclose confidential information about clients or specific positions. Any figures and metrics presented in public materials are illustrative in nature and cannot be used as a basis for evaluating the platform's actual operational activity.
Updates and applicability
This disclaimer may be updated without prior notice. The current version is always available at orqestro.com/disclaimer. Use of the platform after the disclaimer has been updated constitutes acceptance of the new version.
